OUR LOCATION: Where's my YAT? Yellow Air Taxi flights depart primarily out of the Fort Lauderdale International Jet Center. We provide complimentary SHUTTLE transportation from the main terminal atFt. Lauderdale International by calling 954-359-3200 after collecting your baggage and proceeding to the departure/ upper level. Please click on the map link if you are driving to the Jet Center, where parking is available for $5 per day. Although we do offer occasional flights out of West Palm Beach, we do not have a shuttle connection from the main terminal to our gate at Signature Flight Support, and we recommend that connecting passengers book their flights in/out of Fort Lauderdale. |
| CONNECTIONS TIME: It's a vacation, remember? We don't want you to be rushed or stressed on your way to pure relaxation, so please allow for 2 hours of connection time outbound to the Bahamas, and 3 hours connection time upon arrival into Fort Lauderdale. Please check in with us 1 hour prior to departure. |
| LUGGAGE / BAGGABE LIMITATIONS: Kitchen sinks not allowed! How much shtuff do you really need on a tropical island paradise? Less than 40 pounds, we're sure! Please pack no more than forty pounds per person in soft-sided or duffle-style bags measuring no larger than 36"L X 15"W X 15"H. Smaller IS better..since we charge $1 per pound over 40 pounds and $10 per bag over the dimensions just listed. Coolers are not so cool..we will only transport those which meet the above guidelines or are no more than 54 quart size and please no wheelies. Oversized or overweight coolers are charged $10 plus $2 per pound over 40 pounds. Any baggage which exceeds these recommendations travels on a space and weight available basis, which means that it may arrive sometime after you do. So please be kind to our ground crews' backs and to your wallet! |
