> The 64 unit Abaco Towns by The Sea resort joined Go-Abacos. This Marsh Harbour institution is right in the middle of the waterfront "restaurant district", and offers spacious 2 bedroom-2 bath waterfront and waterview villas and garden apartment accommodations (all with full kitchens). Abaco Town's suites can comfortably accommodate 6 adults, making this luxurious resort one of Marsh Harbour's best vacation values.
> On July 1, the almost "Disneyesque (but without plastic!!)" Dolphin Beach Resort (Guana Cay) joined Go-Abacos.
> Marsh Harbour's John Bull Duty Free Shop joined Go-Abacos. The official Rolex dealer for the Bahamas for over 30 years, John Bull offers a dazzling array of crystal, china, porcelain, perfumes, leather goods and other high-quality, duty-free merchandise.
> One of the first and largest of the Abaco resorts became a part of Go-Abacos ... the Treasure Cay Hotel, Resort and Marina (and the Abacos' ONLY golf course).
> Go-Abacos added two more of Marsh Harbour's local "institutions" ... Kippy's KipCo Haganah "Junkyard" Bar and Murphy Town's Seafood Unlimited (an excellent conch stand - fresh salad, scorch, etc.) just north of Marsh. Both are worth a visit if you're truly a Traveler.
> Go-Abacos added a relatively comprehensive ABACO BOOK STORE -- THE "Abaco Island Newspaper, Magazine and Book Store" -- which offers on-line options to purchase difficult to find publications devoted exclusively to the Abacos (its history, people, places, CRUISING INFORMATION and things to do) or Out Island life. > Go-Abacos added a unique and interactive "Island Resort Locator Map" featuring 12 of the Abacos' most popular resorts, all "clickable" along with information regarding each resort's respective Cay or Settlement locations.
> Go-Abacos added complete information and interactive reservations for 4 more island resorts, including Abaco Beach Resort and Boat Harbour (Marsh Harbour), Banyan Beach Resort (Treasure Cay), Abaco Inn (Elbow Cay) and Turtle Hill Villas (Elbow Cay). If you can't find a cottage rental that's just right for you, one of Go-Abacos' Abaco resorts might be "just right". If you decide you want to go the resort route for your vacation accommodation, we suggest you make your island transport reservations (boat rentals and carts in the Central-Southern Abacos, cart and boat rentals on Green Turtle Cay since "all the good ones" seem to be increasingly "reserved in advance". > As of March 1, The Cruising Guide To The Abacos joined Go-Abacos. Published annually, The Guide is the definitive Abaco publication on anything having to do with getting anywhere in the Abacos by water. The Cruising Guide's Go-Abacos pages currently contain cruising tips and a navigational overview of the waters between Walker's Cay and Hole-In-The-Wall (the northern to southern tips of the Abaco islands). In the near future, The Cruising Guide's pages will offer nautical discussion groups, bulletin boards and additional valuable and unique information for the Abacos' cruising visitors.
> Go-Abacos' primary Abaco islands "interactive-information" map has been signficantly revised, and now contains several additional settlements, a few more deserted cay, a private island for rent and, in general, more "place" information.

Island Property specializes in luxury rentals (7 current offerings) in Green Turtle's scenic White Sound area (a postcard anchorage with two island-style hotels - Bluff House and the legendary, Green Turtle Club on opposite sides of this picturesque anchorage).
