As everybody says, "word of mouth" endorsement is the best form of advertising, and our guests keep telling us "we're the best on the Cay" for vacation home rentals. It's encouraging to hear this from our guests, but when they told other vacation home owners about our meticulous attention to detail, our 18 point "pre-guest" quality assurance review, and our preventative maintenance programs, a whole herd of owners asked us to begin managing their vacation homes! As of March, 2005, we're managing over 38 rentals and growing!

With the enthusiastic support of our new and repeat guests, Island Property Management has quietly become one of the largest and most respected vacation home rental and management companies in the Abacos and have recently been accepted for charter membership in the prestigious Abaco Property Management Association (we'll tell you more about that later!).

Many of the new homes we've added to our vacation rentals offering are actually located closer to the Green Turtle Club and it's gourmet dining (breakfast, lunch and alsolutely amazing dinners) and the internationally acclaimed Bluff House (superb dining at your choice of TWO excellent restaurants, 2 private fresh water swimming pools, a newly resurfaced tennis court, and a beautiful beach right on the property), than many of the respective resorts' own guest accommodations.

By renting one of our "resort style" vacation homes, you really can have the very best of both worlds (your own private, FULLY equiped vacation rental AND the services of internationally recognized island resorts) . When you "do the math", it's easy to see why IPM's "next door to the resorts" rentals represent a superb vacation value - a two bedroom / 4 person resort villa rental can easily cost more than $2,200 per week. Our "resort rentals" are all yours to privately enjoy for a total of $1,500 to $2,500 per week (up to $5,000 / week for 5 couples). "The Math" is based on the respective resorts' published 2005 rates.

Coco Plum Cottage, located directly on the shores of Coco Bay has joined Island Property Management's collection of exceptional vacation rentals. This 2 bedroom / 1 bath cottage is a perfect hideaway for those who don't want the relative hustle and bustle of "downtown" New Plymouth.

IPM is proud to announce we've been selected to manage two of Green Turtle's newest and finest vacation home rentals ... the 3 bedroom / 3 bath SANDY BAY on the incredible beach of Gillam Bay and the colourful Bluff Harbour Cottage. Bluff Harbour is perched high on a hill overlooking Bluff Harbour (see map - location "E") and even has its own private beach!

Last year was our busiest season ever, and this year is shaping up to be another banner year for our luxury rentals. Even if you're just begining to think about visiting us, please call us for availabilities. Due to the desirability of our vacation homes, some of them are actually rented as much as TWO years in advance!
