Pirate's Rest is a brand new 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house available for rent, it was completed in March 2002. The house is set up high on pilings to give it a tree house feel and to be able to see the ocean from the upstairs deck.

On the first floor is the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom and master bedroom. While upstairs are 2 more bedrooms, another bathroom and a writing area. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the bedrooms upstairs have a double in one and 2 single beds in the other. The house has been lovingly decorated throughout with antiques collected by the owners. It has air conditioning, ceiling fans, television, vcr and a wide selection of videos.

Pirate's Rest has a wrap around porch and the front section is screened in for your comfort and enjoyment. The house is situated close to the Green Turtle Club, a 5 star resort with a gourmet restaurant, and Brendals Dive Center. Coco Bay Beach is a 5 minute walk, the Ocean beach is 10 minutes and the village of New Plymouth is an hour walk, or you can rent a golf cart or boat and get around the island very easily.

Pirate's Rest may be rented for period of more or less than 1 week.

• $1,250 per week up to 4 people.
• $125 per extra person per week up to 10 people.Infants and children are counted.
• $180 per night 4 people.$300 per night up to 8 people.$375 per night up to 10 people
• $2,700 per month up to 4 people utilities included.

20 percent non-refundable deposit posted with in 5 days of the reservation being made. Balance due in US travelers check or US cash on arrival.
