Yes we were hit hard by Floyd, and yes we had some challenges after the storm. At present I have 8 brand new beautiful suites open, brand new furnishings, central AC, all units have new bathrooms and more. I also have built a brand new marina, and the grounds are in better shape than they have been in years.

It is true, our restaurant is pool side, but guests continuously tell us that the food remains the best on the Island. It is true that we only have 8 units, but they are brand new and exceptional. We have been told they are the nicest in Abaco. Before the storm we only had 14 and they were older.

Please review our website www.guanabeach.com, look at the pictures of the new units, and please consider removing your WARNINGS about our beautiful property, or at the very least removing all mention of it. What you are saying about us is untrue and very damaging, Please consider correcting it."
