Parrot House is a beautiful four bedroom home with wraparound verandah and French doors opening onto a covered patio and extended deck overlooking the private dock and waterway. 

The open-plan living area is delightfully furnished Island-style with a parrot motif. 

The living area opens to a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry facility and a dining alcove with lovely views down the waterway. 

The beautifully decorated bedrooms (three kings and a twin) each with ensuite baths, are located off a central hallway, two of them having seperate access to the verandah.

Rates vary with season plus dock utilities for a large boat. The Parrot House accommodates up to eight persons.
